CSSR will advance subsurface research in seven scientific work packages (WP) organized into three focus areas.

Subsuface Understanding (FA 1)

Quantified metrics/criteria to improve reservoir appraisal under cyclical flow regimes on a field-specific basis

  • Criteria for O&G reservoir performance and energy savings per reservoir type and expected variability in renewable energy
  • Energy storage efficiency, injectivity, deliverability. Criteria for optimal selection of energy storage technology per field type
